Here is a report from Jogja..

Well.. Finally I got a short holiday for a moment to visit my hometown after Merapi explosion..

The night before I got back to Jakarta I spent a very little time to take pictures..

This picture was taken in front of Tugu train station.. Tired was I when my BF took the shot... Well it was already 10 p.m. and I had to go back to Jakarta in the next morning.. I had not even packed my stuff..

But it was fun!! Hmm.. Look at my outfit that day.. I do not know why but it was just comfortable.. My sandals were my favorite.. Ahahah... I've told you in previous title.. And the tote bag? It was given by my friend 2T.. She said that she gave it to me because one time I told her that I needed a new tote bag... THANK YOUUU SO MUUCHH, 2T.. Next time I will tell you about everything I want, I wish you will grant all... Ahahahha...

Other stuffs? Hmm.. That black cardigan was bought in Ambasador with my super-chic-friend 2T (again) and my other cute friend Marie, for about Rp. 100,- Fair, right.. The black legging was for Rp. 80,- Whether this stuff was too small or my thighs were getting bigger, but I felt like it was getting tight to wear..

And the last, my army-green dress.. I was dreaming (well, not a real dream) about having this kind of army-green stuff... After searching and hunting (waiting, actually), I got it discounted (this what I wanted to tell you) for 50%!!!.. From Rp. 250,- it became only about Rp. 125,-  Hmm, I should say thanks to everybody... (?)

Lost in Grey

My last holiday was mostly spent for gathering with family and friends... I felt like I had no time to take pictures..

Well, but I still have some files to post here...

Ahahahh.. Talking about grey color.. I really don't remember the last time I had a grey stuff.. I mean, I never bought something in grey actually, especially clothing... Here finally I wore grey cardigan.. Please don"t accuse me, but I admit it used to be my sister's... But I had bartered it with black cardigan of mine.. Fair.. she got it from MNG for Rp *** ....

Guess what!! I put on a scarf.. It's something new for me since I never had any.. This scarf was bought in Ambassador for only Rp 10.. (with my lovely friend 2T who masters all the shopping places in Jakarta) =DD (note: I really can't wait to shop with her again since she has made shopping like an adventure.. LOL..)

I got the white sleeveless top somewhere in DM for Rp 48.. Ahahahah... At first I regretted it.. But finally I found it cute with face prints on it..

Well, for the skinny blue jeans, it was Teen Jeans, which I was supposed not to wear it since I was no longer a teenager.. But it just fit my body and I was comfortable with it, so I bought it (again).. The real price was Rp 250 but I got 50 percent discount.. What an item!!!

The white sandals were other story.. 2T told me there was a really BIG SALE in Charles & Keith.. We went to SMS to look for stuff.. She got 4 pairs of shoes... (Oh my Ghost..!!!) And I got 2 pairs instead... And these white-gladiator-like sandals were (I feel like) made to be mine.. Hohohoho... From Rp 250, I got it only Rp 100... Ahahahahahahah....

The hat belongs to my BF's mother... Wohoooo... 

And this SELI (sepeda lipat) belongs to my BF.. I really like to ride it.. It looks cute all the time...

A Return

After years of pause, finally I can come back here.. :D

Well, I had passed many holidays which I never shared here..

So, starting from now, I will 'really' try to post regularly.. (God, help me please...)

Hmm.. To start with.. I just want to recall my August moments... My BF was coming to Jakarta on 17, to pack stuff he needed to send it to Jogja.. Well, looking around his room, I spotted a remote control rock crawler on a box. Hmm.. It maybe becomes 'something' for taking a picture..

So here it is....

Well.. Maybe some of you want to order this kind of stuff (Rock Crawler).. Just comment here... The price starts from Rp 2.500..

Talking about the outfit.. I found the skirt in Gaudy (If I'm not mistaken) for Rp 80... This skirt flares so wide that's why I like it.. The T-shirt belongs to my sister (ahahahha.. I'm such a thief..).. She bought it in Seephylliz Distro for Rp 100... Nice enough since the color is purple..

This outfit finally became my favorite in August.. Hohohoho... 

Beachy Beachy

I'm jumping right to you to tell you the news..

As you know, I had come from my holiday.. This time, I went to a fresh new beach in the South of Jogja, named Kuwaru Beach, with my BF and a group of Elementary students and their moms.. This was my first time to go there..

I thought this place would be very hot with no shelter to shade just like usual beaches we knew.. However, I was absolutely mistaken... This beach was truly cozy with lines of spruce trees where we could spread our mattress down under the trees and had a pleasant chat... I saw some High school students even played fun games there...

And of course it was no matter for me to wear a skirt... The sun wouldn't hurt me this time because of the wonderful trees there...

This skirt belongs to my sister and I had to borrow it since I had no trousers or shorts to wear on that day... For the T-shirt, it was a gift from Meidy's mom, a student of my private course (wow, she's very very nice I tell you)... And, that purple cardigan was and is my favorite... It was just bought for Rp 160... But it's comfortable and fit my body... I will not trade it with anything of course... The flowery wedges were the similar wedges I had told you I bought in in Ambassador mall..

Hope you'll come there... But, watch the wave..

For your information, the wave was so great and dangerous that you might not swim on...

Thrifty Thingy

I'm just back from holiday...


This time it was different... My BF took me to a photo shoot.. Hohohoh...

We were just going to a place somewhere in the west of Jogja and took some pictures... Since it was in a very bright, sunny day, I planned to wear a casual one... A black T-shirt Rp (price upon request), a black skirt Rp (price upon request) and my thrifty thingy shoes which I got somewhere in Jogja's famous thrift store for Rp 80... Nice deal...

Do you know the story of how I got this yellow ellou pair of shoes? I was accompanying my BF to that thrift store to search for what-so-called classic car and motor spare parts when I spotted those yellowish things.. I had to bargain.. I mean, I had to force my BF to bargain, since I couldn't do it pretty well.. The seller would give it for Rp 95... What? An expensive thrifty thingy? No no no... We asked for Rp 50... Ooops... The seller would not give it unless I gave him Rp 80...

The color, NICE, the price, I have to think TWICE...

So we got home...

But my mind was still surrounded by that yellowish creature...

So we got to go there, AGAIN...

and finally I took them home for Rp 80...

But I will never regret it...

I have some good shots because of them...

Cheapy Cheap

Hi hi...

I'm back with a set of cheapy cheap, again..

I was asked by my BF to accompany him to his ex-office... Well, it seemed that I didn't need to dress up, right... Firstly, I just planned to wear my favorite, a T-shirt of course, with a print pic of Sponge Bob (given by Meidy) and my black skinny jeans... What a perfect comfy match.. Ho ho ho..

However, after thinking about it for awhile, I decided to wear a very very very casual checked dress which I bought only for Rp 80 somewhere again in DM, ahahaha... Thank you so much for Marie who "had forced" me to buy it... Har har har.. This dress was actually bought for my sister because it was simple and I thought she might accept it, but she refused to wear it, so it's going to be mine, then... ^_^ 

Since it had no sleeves so I had to wear it with a white cardigan... This cardigan is made of very soft fabric and so comfortable on my skin... I bought it with my friend 2T who promised me to have a hang-out in Ambassador something (I forget the name)... There I got a white cardigan, a pair of wedges and a black vest with cheapy cheap price you don't even believe it...

Here I'll tell you how we got there...

After a long trip with an unforgettable stress of traffic jam and an absolutely wonderful scent of our body and a lil' bit confusion of being lost and some spots of rain drop, 2T and me finally got down from her motorcycle and entered what-so-called Ambassador mall or something... Guess what, all the stuff are

I spotted a pair of cute flowery wedges.... Note: I never had a pair of wedges... So i started to bargain (2T did it actually)... I got it with Rp 50... Not bad...

Then I saw a simply black vest... Note: It's not like a feminine vest I have which I never wear 'til now... It is just a very thin vest I don't even feel i wear it... Har har har... I'll show you the pic someday...

Finally, I looked at a white cardigan (Oh I never had a white one).... It's simple, it has cute buttons, it's soft, it's fit with my body, AND it's cheapy CHEAP... From Rp 135, the shopkeeper gave it to me for Rp 120... It's much better than you buy it somewhere in an uptown mall ....

Fiuuuhhh....

Thank you 2T.. When will we go there for the 2nd time?

Oops.. Too much talking for me..

Let's just get back to my BF's office...

Har har har...

Because it was almost raining, I had to wear a jacket to protect... I love this jacket, such a useful stuff to make my body warm.... Not too large, not too small... I got it somewhere with Rp [price upon request].. Ahahahah....

What is the name of this car? It's just cool with it's red power.. Ho ho ho.. And how about me?

This is my first white dress.. I had to buy it because I had to attend an activity which forced us to wear a dress code of white.. Oh my… One day before the day, my friends and I searched for it.. We went to Daan Mogot Mall in Kalideres.. Har har.. Maybe most of you will say it’s not a kind of mall, it’s just a usual shop.. But this is the right place..

White white white… All were about usual blouse or shirt.. But I wanted to wear a dress..  Casual one… I never had a dress of white, so I thought that it was the best time to have one..

But I did not have a bunch of money..!!

We got to Matahari dept. store…

Think.. Thought.. Thought…

Search.. Searched.. Searched..

Try.. Tried.. Tried…

I got it…

A white casual dress with a detail of red buttons… Awesome… This dress also had a unique pattern of sewing in its cotton material.. I just bought it really cheap, oops, not really actually…

Har har…

From Rp 200 I got a 50% discount… What a deal..!

With a smiling face I paid the bill..

Thank God I didn’t need to squeeze my wallet for it… But wait… This dress was too transparent to wear… Urrghh… I needed a kind of legging or what, just to make it fit…

So, we searched and searched, and gotcha…

I got a knee-length white legging for Rp 80 in the same place.. In a small boutique named Banana if I’m not mistaken..

So I had it…

And I love it..

One day, I wore this dress again with a deep blue sandal which I bought only with Rp 45 somewhere in PTC Pulogadung…

Cheap is nice, right..

Oh yeah, one more… Look at the purple bag in the pic, that is my favorite.. I got it in Monaco, Taman Anggrek, for Rp 170… But what makes me sad is that it’s already broken now… I bought it because I wanted to wear it on a wedding party of my friend, Silvy..

Hmmmm….

The Purple Shadow

This picture was taken when I attended a wedding party of my friend's friend.. It was so hot outside and extremely bright that I needed to squint my eyes.. That's why I had to edit the level of this picture, har har har.. Thanks Photoshop, you are a miracle...

Well, well, well.. Let me talk about this dress.. This is my favorite one.. I bought it for only Rp 145.. What I love from this dress is firstly the flower print, cute and fun.. And it's purple... I love this color... Though in High School time, I had sworn I would never even like it.. Secondly, this dress was just made of cotton... Simple and comfortable... Third, it has a lace drapery in the bottom... Awesome, I said..

However, it was a hard time when I had to search for a cropped cardigan.. Should it be white, purple, or pink? I prefer purple... After hours of walking and whining, I finally got the purple cropped cardigan for Rp 80... Huff... Thank God..

I had a purple clutch, but it was already torn, so I had to mix and match it with this white lace-like bag... I got it in Ambarukmo Plaza for about Rp 100... Neat..

The shoes?? My goodness, I got it on Christmas eve... Har har har.... I hurt my legs for walking round and round in Malioboro Mall.. And finally I got this pair for about Rp 200... Actually, I wanted to get purple strappy heels or such.. At first I felt so sad of getting a pair of these shoes... But later on, these shoes were really useful for casual occasion.. trust me..

For this purple dress, I am sure you are not going to shout, "Wow, you really look like my 'tukang cuci gosok'..." 

Right?

Wait, wait, wait.. I remember a time when my student shouted that kind of statement... It was because I wore a pink flower-printed blouse, with bold pink lady lines draped from each of my shoulder.. I thought it was cute.. But finally it's really not, oh, it's just not... You just need to check this out...
